Enjoyable Afternoon at Ilminster

An enjoyable afternoon was had as the band played as part of the Ilminster Midsummer Experience.

Thankfully the rain stayed away and we even had spells of blue sky and sun. It was a little breezy so there were lots of pegs required for the music.

There was a good crowd, who seemed to enjoy our performance.

Thanks to Tom Lissett who stood into  for our resident conductor who was away on holiday. Thanks also to our other guests who helped us get a band together at short notice.

We hope the band will be invited back to play again next year.
